Ryan Hickey is an experienced R&D Manager specializing in optoelectronic product development, currently employed at RANOVUS Inc. since June 2013. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Senior Optical and Microelectronics Packaging Engineer at Sanmina, leading technical product development and collaborating with global design teams. Previous positions include Design Engineer roles at OneChip Photonics, OCLARO, Bookham, and Nortel Networks, where Ryan focused on optical packaging, MEMS components, and optoelectronic integration.
