David Murgio is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Ranpak since October 2019. Prior to that, David held the position of General Counsel & COO at One Madison Group starting in September 2018. David also has experience as Investment Counsel at Harbinger from December 2009 to July 2016, where David served as a senior legal advisor to investment professionals. With a background in corporate governance, crisis management, corporate reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, and securities practice, David has demonstrated expertise in advising corporate, private equity, and financial institutional clients. David holds a Doctor of Law - JD, a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
