Megan Wintersteen

Megan Wintersteen currently serves as the VP of Digital & Corporate Marketing at Ranpak, a leader in sustainable paper-based packaging solutions, since January 2024. Previous experience includes positions such as Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing at Ovative Group, Vice President of Marketing at Adentro, and VP of Marketing at Bowlero Corporation, where significant digital transformation and marketing initiatives were led. Additionally, Megan has been a member of Chief, a network for women executives, and has held strategic roles at renowned agencies including Rokkan, Huge, iCrossing, and Havas Worldwide. An educational background includes advanced degrees from The Wharton School, The University of Texas at Austin, and Salisbury University, alongside international studies at Universidad de Málaga.
