Paul Hellar

Paul Hellar is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Rantec Power Systems Inc. since September 2024, Paul previously held the position of Director of Business Development for Maritime/Electrification at QinetiQ from September 2022 to April 2024. Prior to that, Paul was a Senior Business Development Manager at Phillips Corporation from April 2021 to September 2022 and served as a Business Development Analyst Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin between May 2019 and August 2020. Earlier in the career, Paul was the Senior Executive Vice President at Massa Products Corp from 2004 to September 2018 and held the title of Director of Sales Marketing at Massa Products Corporation from April 1999 to 2004. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Drew University between 1978 and 1982.
