Troy Gibbs

Troy Gibbs possesses a diverse background with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as an Application Services Contractor at Rantizo since June 2020 and also functioning as the Owner of T&T Endeavors LLC, Troy previously worked as an Account Executive at CSM Companies, Inc. from July 2016 to July 2020. Troy's military experience includes the role of Airfield Management Operations Coordinator at the Air National Guard Wi 115th Fighter Wing from December 2014 to October 2019, wherein responsibilities involved providing essential information and services to aircrews and coordinating various operational requirements. Earlier career positions include a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual and an educational stint focused on airfield management at Keesler AFB. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from AIB College of Business and an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force, complemented by further education in Business Administration.
