Rap Therapy: Strengthening young people's mental health through rap.

Rap Therapy is an education and wellbeing organisation dedicated to empowering young people through creative expression, literacy, and therapeutic rap. We partner with schools across the UK to improve student behaviour, confidence, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning, particularly for those at risk of exclusion. We work with a wide scope of children and are not limited to children at risk of exclusion, we work to help young people express themselves, overcome anxieties and give children the tools to express themselves. 

Our programmes combine creativity, pastoral support, and curriculum-linked literacy to help students build resilience, develop positive communication skills, and strengthen their mental health. We work closely with senior leaders, safeguarding teams, and pastoral staff to create safe, supportive environments where young people feel seen, valued, and motivated to succeed.

We work with children as young as 7 years old, right through to young people aged 18.
