Roman Yoffe currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Rapaport, overseeing the R&D department, which includes development, QA, DevOps, and Product Management teams in Israel and Ukraine, while utilizing Agile Scrum methodology and managing technology, tools, and budget. Prior to this role, Roman spent nearly 17 years at Amdocs, where positions included Director of Software Engineering, Software Development Manager, Software Development Team Lead, and Software Engineer, culminating in significant achievements such as managing a large organization of engineers and successfully delivering multiple software versions. Roman began a career in software engineering at ISP, focusing on website development, and holds a B. Tech degree in Computer Software Engineering from The Technological College of Beer-Sheva.
