Tom Poser

Tom Poser is currently the Senior Managing Director at Newmark where Tom represents office and medical Tenants and Landlords in Northern California. Tom also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Raphael House, an organization that helps at-risk families achieve stable housing. Additionally, Tom has experience as a Board Member at KIK and as the Co-Founder of the Jerry Mac Fund which promotes youth programs in memory of Jerry McIntosh. Tom previously held positions at JLL and Commercial Realty Advisers. Tom holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
