Commodore Vijaypal, VSM (Retd) Rawat is a Navy veteran with over 34 years of experience in the Indian Navy, where they commanded major operational assets and special operations. Previously, they were the Principal Director at the Ministry of Defence and have received advanced education in strategic management and defense studies.
