Griffin Schultz

Griffin Schultz is the CEO of Rapid Flow Technologies. Griffin has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and has held various leadership positions in some of the top companies in the field.

Griffin started their career at FreeMarkets, Inc. where they were Solutions Manager (Pre-Sales/Business Development). Griffin was with the company for three years before it was purchased by Ariba, Inc.

At Ariba, they became Director, Outsourced Procurement Services. Griffin managed a joint Ariba/customer team that resulted in $10.9M in savings across $41.7M in purchases achieving 26% cost reductions and a 1,353% customer ROI.

Griffin left Ariba in 2006 and joined Predictive Solutions (subsidiary of Industrial Scientific Corp) as General Manager. Griffin executed a turnaround that improved EBITDA from -16% to +25% of revenues over three years while hitting record revenue levels. The company was then purchased by Fortive and they remained with the company until 2016.

In 2016, they joined Rapid Flow Technologies as CEO. Under their leadership, the company has become a leading provider of software solutions that help organizations optimize their supply chains.
