Alejandro Suarez

Alejandro Suarez is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product management and program leadership, currently serving as Director of Product Engineering at Rapid Micro Biosystems since November 2025. Previously, Alejandro held roles including Product Director and Strategic Program Manager at Realtime Robotics, Inc., where notable achievements included launching the Resolver product and managing partnerships with industry leaders. Alejandro's background also includes significant contributions at Medtronic, where leadership in surgical robotics led to the successful launch of the Hugo RAS system, and experience at CubicPV, Factory Automation Systems, InvoStar, and Belimed, covering various aspects of project management, engineering, and automation system design. Alejandro holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
