Stephen Brown

Stephen Brown has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Stephen is currently employed at Rapid Micro Biosystems, where they have held various roles since 2015. Their most recent role is Senior Manager, Global Customer Service which they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Global Customer Service Manager from October 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they served as the U.S. Technical Support Supervisor from April 2018 to October 2020, and as a U.S. Technical Support from March 2017 to April 2018. Stephen's initial role at Rapid Micro Biosystems was as a Validation Specialist from March 2015 to March 2017, where they were responsible for various tasks such as field service validation, environmental monitoring, and technical writing.
