The Implementation Team at Rapid Recon is responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth integration of the reconditioning software into existing dealer management systems. The team, led by the Director of Implementation, coordinates and manages the entire setup process, provides training, and offers support to ensure customers can effectively utilize the software to enhance their dealership operations.
