David Carter possesses extensive experience in emergency medical services and healthcare operations, currently serving as Captain and Director of Operations at Hart Medical EMS since 2021. Additionally, David is the Owner of Cold Stone Creamery, a position held since June 2020. With roles at Henry Ford Health System as a Paramedic and at Rapid Response EMS, LLC as a Critical Care Paramedic, David demonstrates a strong commitment to emergency care. David's diverse background also includes technical supervision at Walled Lake Consolidated Schools, leadership positions at Matrix Medical Network, and IV therapy at The Miletic Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Studies from Siena Heights University and certifications from Michigan Academy of EMS and Oakland Technical School in paramedicine and EMT training, respectively.
