Adam Barnett

Adam Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adam'smost recent position is as a Lead Software Engineer at Rapid7, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Architect at ION from October 2021 to September 2022. Before that, at Fidessa, Adam held multiple roles including Global Operations Coordinator from July 2020 to October 2021, Technical Operations Team Leader from April 2016 to June 2020, Senior Systems Specialist from September 2014 to April 2016, Implementation Consultant from November 2008 to September 2014, and Exchange Connectivity Specialist from September 2005 to October 2008.

Adam Barnett attended Uppingham School from 1995 to 2000. Adam then went on to study at the University of Reading from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in IT. In addition to their formal education, Adam has also obtained certifications in the field of information technology. Adam became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in November 2020 through (ISC)², and they achieved the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification in June 2019 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
