Alice Mo

Alice Mo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Associate Project Manager at Rapid7 since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mass General Brigham from May 2019 to February 2022 as a Training/Project Coordinator, where they supported employee professional development and managed the Tuition Reimbursement Program. Before that, Alice worked at Babson College as a Program Coordinator from April 2018 to May 2019, where they coordinated accessibility support for students and supervised student workers. From July 2017 to April 2018, they were a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where they facilitated orientation programs and managed a company-wide software implementation project.

Alice Mo obtained their High School Diploma from Boston Latin School. Alice then went on to attend Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Business, and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Alice Mo has pursued additional certifications. Alice became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) in February 2022 through the Project Management Institute. In July 2021, they completed the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM. Alice also obtained the Foundations of Learning Experience Design certification from NovoEd in April 2021.
