Amy Ngoon has a solid work experience history with various roles and responsibilities. Amy began their career in 2008 as a Case Manager at Riverside Community Care and then transitioned to become an Office Coordinator at Beneski Chiropractic and Wellness Center in 2010. Later that year, they joined Neighborhood Health Plan as a Provider and Member Service Representative.
In 2011, Amy started working at Experian Data Quality as a Customer Account Manager, where they were responsible for renewing, growing, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Amy then advanced to the role of Premier Customer Account Manager, where they provided exceptional customer experiences and acted as the customer advocate.
In 2014, Amy joined Rapid7 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Amy later moved up to become a Team Lead for Enterprise Customer Success Management and later transitioned to the role of Managed Services - Customer Advisor. Recently, they held the position of Program Manager and is currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Rapid7.
