Channel Account Manager DACH at Rapid7

Andreas Belkner has a diverse work experience in the field of channel account management and sales. Andreas started their career in 1999 as an IT-Security Sales Specialist at Computerlinks AG. Andreas then worked as an IT-Security Product Manager at the same company, where they developed sales strategies and provided support to partners. In 2009, they joined Optenet S.A. as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for partner management and support. In 2011, they became the Channel Director for Gigamon Inc., overseeing enterprise sales and channel development in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Tufin as a Channel Manager for Central Europe. Andreas then joined Exasol as the DACH Partner Manager. Most recently, they have worked at Gigamon and Rapid7 as a Senior Channel Account Manager and a Channel Account Manager respectively. In addition to their corporate roles, Andreas Belkner also owned Info-Point-Security GmbH, a channel sales consulting service company, from 2005 to 2020.

Andreas Belkner holds a degree in Economics (Information & Kommunikation, strategisches Management) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Andreas obtained their Diplom Kaufmann from this institution. In addition, they have also obtained the certification as an Exasol Certified Sales Expert in September 2018.
