Andrew Won has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew started their career in 1999 as a Technical Support Manager at MICRON Web (formerly Interland, formerly NetLimited- dba HOSTPRO), where they managed a team of 20+ representatives and implemented policies and procedures for handling technical support issues. In 2002, they served as a Site Manager at HostPro, overseeing operations for a Los Angeles Data Center with thousands of servers.

From 2003 to 2006, Andrew worked as an Operations Manager at Fabrics R Us, where they were responsible for customer service, order tracking, and warehouse management. Andrew then joined Media Temple in 2006 as the Vice President of Customer Service, overseeing a team of 88+ employees and managing a multi-million dollar budget. During their tenure, they reported directly to the CEO and focused on supporting the customer base.
