Anna Hatton has extensive experience in user experience and technical content development, currently serving as the Manager of User Experience for Detection & Response at Rapid7 since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing user experience strategies. Prior to this, Anna held various positions at RSA Security from August 2012 to October 2019, starting as an Associate Technical Content Developer and advancing to Senior Technical Content Developer. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Intern role at UMass Medical School, where tasks involved updating the intranet site and conducting market research. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
