Anna McCarthy

Anna McCarthy is a Learning Designer with a focus on user experience and coding, currently serving as a Senior Technical Enablement professional at Rapid7. Previously, they worked at HubSpot as a Customer Success Design Specialist, where they earned recognition for their empathetic customer support. Anna has also held roles as an Email Template Educator & Designer at Klaviyo, creating educational resources and conducting customer training sessions. They completed their Master’s in Education with a concentration in Learning and Instructional Design at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Loyola University New Orleans.
