Anthony Accetta is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and team leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Rapid7 since December 2021, Anthony has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Tampa office, focusing on hiring for client-facing and technical teams. Prior to Rapid7, Anthony held the position of Senior Experienced Hire Recruiting Specialist at Deloitte, where support was provided for the Oracle offering within the Government & Public Services sector. With a solid background in recruitment services at Hays and team leadership experience at Cintas, Anthony has consistently partnered with executives and leaders to address hiring challenges, complemented by a service background in the US Navy. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree from Hillsborough Community College.
