Ben Gallagher

Ben Gallagher has a strong background in talent acquisition and customer success. Ben currently works at Rapid7 as a Customer Success Manager in the UKI region. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Rapid7, where they focused on talent acquisition for the Go-To-Customer team. Before joining Rapid7, Ben worked at Microsoft as a Recruiter, supporting the Western European business with hiring across various departments. Ben also worked at Pegasystems as a Recruiter, primarily focusing on Go-to-Market positions and supporting the Professional Services team. Ben's earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Redwood Software and as a Recruitment Consultant at Austin Fraser, specializing in permanent resource for PHP developers.

Ben Gallagher attended Farnborough Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their A levels in Law. Ben then went on to attend the University of Winchester from 2009 to 2012, earning their LLB Bachelors Degree in Law.
