Cathal O'Neill

Cathal O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Cathal is currently working at Rapid7 as the Director of Software Engineering since 2023. Before joining Rapid7, Cathal held the position of Senior Manager of Software Engineering - InsightCloudSec at Rapid7 from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their time at Rapid7, Cathal worked at BT in various roles, including Senior Manager of Microservice Engineering from 2021 to 2022, Technology Tribe Lead - Digital Platform from 2020 to 2021, Software Engineering Lead from 2018 to 2020, Senior Solutions Architect in 2018, and Software Engineer from 2015 to 2018.
