Charles Stokes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Summer Intern at Navigate Financial. In 2016, they joined Alarm.com as an Associate Quality Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Quality Test Analyst. In 2019, they joined DivvyCloud as a Release Manager and also took on the role of Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2020, Charles joined Rapid7 as a Release Manager before moving on to become a Product Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Operations Manager at Rapid7, where they collaborate with directors and VPs to define strategy and ensure team deliverables are aligned. Charles Stokes completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Planning and Services from Virginia Tech, attending from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended St. Maria Goretti High School from 2004 to 2008 where they completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Charles obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon in January 2019.
