David Howe

David Howe has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. David began their career as a Research Specialist at Northrop Grumman IT in September 2003. David then joined Mantech MTISC as a Management Specialist - Journeyman in December 2003, where they held multiple responsibilities such as Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, and Altiris Subject Matter Expert. During their tenure, they played a key role in the Altiris Project, which revolutionized the customer's handling of Information Assurance Compliance, Software Distribution, and more.

In January 2010, Howe joined Symantec as a Senior Systems Engineer. During their time there, they conducted executive level briefings for high-ranking customers within the Department of Defense. David also designed and architected complex solutions involving multiple Symantec products, conducted training sessions for customer IT staff, and worked closely with support organizations to enhance customer perceptions of Symantec support services. Howe continued in this role until July 2013.

Since 2013, Howe has been associated with Rapid7. David initially served as a Lead AppSec Specialist and Security Researcher, contributing to the company's security initiatives until September 2021. Following this, they assumed the role of Manager, Domain Engineers in July 2021, where they currently oversee a team responsible for domain engineering projects.
