Jane Man

Jane Man has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and companies. Jane began their career as a Data Analyst intern at Transpower in 2003 and later worked as a Systems Analyst intern at Vector in 2004. In 2006, they joined Telecom New Zealand's Graduate Leadership Development Programme.

After completing the programme, Jane became a Client Liaison at Gen-i, where they managed enterprise sales campaigns and assisted in developing and positioning ICT products for the government market. Jane gained expertise in Salesforce.com and helped sales teams with dashboards and reporting.

In 2008, Jane joined Telecom New Zealand again as the Consumer Propositions Manager for Mobile. Jane was responsible for developing product positioning and customer communications for the launch of Telecom's 3G mobile network. Jane also designed marketing campaigns and managed a team of customer service representatives.

From 2009 to 2011, Jane was the Product Marketing Manager for Wholesale at Telecom New Zealand. Jane then moved on to Bridge Alliance, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Product Marketing from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Jane joined Rapid7, starting as the International Product Marketing Manager. Jane played a crucial role in launching a new cybersecurity solution globally and developed product strategies for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Jane continued to grow at Rapid7 and became the Senior Product Manager in 2016. Jane developed the product vision and roadmap for Rapid7's global vulnerability management business and collaborated with engineering and user experience teams for execution.

In 2018, Jane became the Senior Manager of Product Management at Rapid7, overseeing product management responsibilities. In January 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director of Product Management. Currently, Jane holds this position at Rapid7, leading the product management team.

Jane Man started their education in 2003 at the University of Canterbury, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Jane completed their studies in 2005. Following this, they attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2005 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Information Systems.
