Josiah Lung

Josiah Lung is an accomplished Account Executive and Team Lead at Rapid7 since January 2021, with a strong background in sales and customer management. Prior to this role, Josiah served as a Senior Territory Manager at EF Education First from July 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing customer lifecycles for educational travel programs and mentoring new Territory Managers. Josiah’s experience also includes a proactive role in customer service at Boston College, internships at Safety Insurance focusing on audit and underwriting analysis, and leadership as Social Media Director for HOPE worldwide’s Boston Chapter. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Operations Management from Boston College, completed in 2017.
