Katy Jones is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in implementing, enhancing, and managing complex systems and projects. Katy began their career at Darwin Partners, where they progressed from Senior Business Systems Analyst to IT Manager, before taking on leadership roles at Brown Brothers Harriman and Epsilon. They have led significant implementations, including Workday and Corporate Actions systems, and currently serves as a Principal Business Process Consultant at Rapid7. Katy is also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at UMASS Boston while attending Boston University.
