Laura Nickerson, PhD, is a senior researcher specializing in customer insights at Rapid7 since May 2021. With extensive experience at the University of Oregon from September 2012 to May 2021, Laura served as a research affiliate and graduate teaching fellow, designing and instructing multiple media studies courses while mentoring undergraduate students. Additional roles include Drupal site curator for The Broadcast 41 Book Project and administrative assistant/social media coordinator for the New Media and Culture Certificate Program.
