Matt Baxter

Matt Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Matt started their career as a Fresh Food Production Assistant/Supervisor at Asda Stores Ltd in 2003. Later, they worked as a Sales Representative/Team Lead for various contracts/agencies from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they became an International Campaign Manager at Quantum Marketing. Then, in 2013, they joined Clarify as a Business Development Manager. Currently, they are working at Rapid7 as a Senior Manager in Account Development for APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions. Matt is dedicated to bridging the gap between security and innovation and protecting the world's ability to innovate.

Matt Baxter began their education at Reading School from 1997 to 2004. Matt then attended the University of Sussex from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with a 2:1 classification. Additionally, Matt has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services in January 2023, AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services in August 2018, Nexpose Certified Administrator from Rapid7 in July 2016, Understanding Modern Business & Organisations from the University of Strathclyde in April 2014, The Secret Power Of Brands from the University of East Anglia in February 2014, and VMware Sales Professional (VSP 5.1) from VMware in October 2012.
