Naoise Gaffney

Naoise Gaffney possesses a diverse background in workplace experience, community coordination, event management, and experiential marketing. Currently serving in a workplace experience role at Rapid7 since January 2018, Naoise contributes to the company's mission of empowering IT and security professionals through advanced data insights. Prior experience includes serving as Community and Operations Coordinator at Dogpatch Labs, where Naoise supported the growth of Ireland’s startup ecosystem, and as Event Manager at the Irish Youth Foundation, focusing on event planning and logistics. Additional roles include Account Executive at BEcause Ireland, executing BTL campaigns, and an internship at Because Creative Experiences Ireland. Naoise holds a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from Technological University Dublin.
