Paul Costain

Paul Costain has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and administration. Paul began their career at Cognos, Inc as a Team Lead Client Services from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they worked as a Salesforce.com Administrator at IBM, specifically Cognos, from 2005 to 2010. Paul then joined Iron Mountain as a Sr Business Administrator, where they were responsible for configuration and development in a global Salesforce.com deployment. From 2013 to 2015, Paul worked at CVS Health as a Technical Lead for Salesforce.com, designing and delivering solutions based on business requirements. Paul then joined Rocket Software as a Senior Systems Business Analyst, supporting a global Salesforce.com deployment and working on projects related to the rollout of Salesforce. In 2018, they transitioned to Rapid7 as a Sr Business Analyst/Product Owner.

Paul Costain holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Chemistry from Bates College. In addition, they have obtained various certifications related to Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in February 2018, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in May 2015, Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant in December 2014, Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer in March 2010, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in February 2010.
