Paul Faude has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

In 2012, they worked as a Sales Representative at CUTCO Cutlery.

From 2013 to 2013, they joined Babson Capital Management as a Counterparty Risk Management, where they created a secure document storage and retrieval system using SharePoint. Paul collaborated with IT and Solutions groups to load over 3,000 documents onto the site, implemented a tagging structure for organization, and introduced the site to the Legal Department.

Starting in 2014, Paul worked at InsightSquared, initially as a Business Development Representative. Paul played a crucial role in promoting data analytics software for small and medium-sized businesses. In 2016, they transitioned into a Customer Success Manager role, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention, a position they held until 2020.

Currently, Paul is employed at Rapid7 as a Senior Customer Success Manager since October 2022. Paul handles customer relationships and provides strategic guidance to drive success and adoption of Rapid7's products and services.

Paul Faude attended Dickinson College from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Before attending college, Paul Faude studied at Suffield Academy from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Renbrook School, although the duration of their enrollment is unknown.

Additionally, Paul Faude has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they became an InsightAppSec Certified Specialist from Rapid7. In October 2020, they also obtained the certification of InsightIDR Certified Specialist, also from Rapid7. In September 2020, Paul Faude completed the Sandler Customer Success Training from Sandler Training.
