Ryan Klepser

Ryan Klepser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan began their career at American Campus Communities as a Leasing Agent/Community Assistant, where they generated $1.1 million in revenue from lease signings and developed advanced persuasive sales techniques. Ryan then worked as a Head Basketball Coach at Texas Warriors Elite, where they built a strong foundation for the team and developed effective communication strategies.

Ryan also gained experience as a Broadcaster at Sealy Tiger Sports Network, showcasing their communication skills. At HDR, they served as a Roadway Design EIT, specializing in transportation design and utilizing software tools such as Microstation and InRoads.

During their time at Hill Country Indoor Sports and Fitness, Ryan held the position of Head Basketball Coach, further honing their coaching abilities.

Ryan's most recent role is at Rapid7, where they have worked in various sales positions, starting as a Business Development Representative and progressing to their current position as Senior Sales Manager - Central Services. In this role, they manage a team of five sellers, implements effective sales strategies, develops strong client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities. Ryan also designed comprehensive training programs resulting in improved sales performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.

Ryan Klepser attended Sealy High School from 2008 to 2012, where they received their High School degree. After completing high school, Ryan went on to attend The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2016. During their time at the university, they studied Civil Engineering as their field of study.
