Tom Winstanley

Tom Winstanley currently serves as User Experience Lead at Rapid7 since August 2024. Prior to this role, Winstanley was Head of User Experience (Interim) at Anomali, where management of a global team of UX Researchers and Designers occurred from July 2017 to September 2024. Previous positions include Senior UX Designer at Wire & Foundry and User Experience Designer at Chain Reaction Cycles, where significant achievements in user research, prototyping, and analytics implementation were made. Winstanley's diverse experience spans various companies, including i3 Digital, TheAppBuilder Ltd, Haymarket Publishing, Chaos Design, Liverpool Football Club, and Igloo New Media, showcasing a robust background in UX design and digital media. Tom holds a BA in Computer Arts from West Wales School Of The Arts, completed between 2001 and 2003.
