Lisa N.

Lisa N. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa began their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UCSB Microfluidics Group in 2017 before transitioning to a Summer Intern at ENOVIX Corp., where they focused on designing and implementing experiments on Lithium-ion batteries. In 2016, Lisa also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at UCSB Heterogeneous Catalysis Group, where they assisted in studying decarbonizing fossil fuels and presenting findings at group meetings.

Lisa's main experience comes from their time at NICE America Research, Inc., starting in 2017. Initially, they worked as an Associate Scientist, synthesizing catalysts and zeolites and implementing a database for catalyst results. Lisa also developed standard testing protocols and created "standard" catalysts for future comparison. Lisa later advanced to the role of Associate Scientist II.

Most recently, Lisa joined RapidAI in 2021 as a Human Resources Administrator. Their responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR files, answering employee questions, and referring complex inquiries to senior HR staff.

Lisa N. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
