David Thipparapu is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in recruitment and client services. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at RapidIT Inc since April 2023, David previously spent nearly a decade at 247Hire, where roles included Operations Manager and Client Services Manager, overseeing recruitment teams and managing ATS systems. David's expertise encompasses full-life cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and relationship management with corporate executives and IT professionals. David began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at SISEERO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED before earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University in 2012.
