James Choi has extensive experience in service delivery and project management, having held multiple roles at RapidScale from November 2018 to October 2020, including Senior Manager for Managed Network Operations. Prior to RapidScale, James served as a Solutions Engineer at Axispoint Technology Solutions Group, Inc., and held the position of Systems Engineer II at Net@Work, as well as Solutions Engineer at Primary Support Solutions. James Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and is a certified luthier, having completed studies at Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery.
