Josh Collins

Josh Collins is an experienced cloud network engineer currently serving as the Lead Cloud Network Engineer at RapidScale since December 2019, following a role as Sr. Cloud Network Engineer. Previously, Josh worked as a Solutions Architect at Onepath from May 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included generating tailored statements-of-work and providing expert-level solutions for enterprise and datacenter technologies. Prior to Onepath, Josh was a Technical Support Engineer at Datalink (2013 - May 2016), focusing on supporting enterprise-level data-center environments, and a Network Engineer at Cisco Systems Inc. (September 2012 - July 2013), monitoring customer networks for network-related issues. Early career experience includes serving as the IT Manager/Webmaster for the University Book Exchange from January 2004 to September 2012. Josh holds a BS in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University, obtained in 2008.
