Michael Good

Michael Good is a seasoned professional in the cybersecurity field, currently serving as Senior Lead Product Manager at RapidScale since February 2024. Previously, Michael held key roles at Resilience, including Director of Security Operations and Principal Engineer of Incident Response, and at Fiserv, where responsibilities included Director of Digital Investigations and Director of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team. Michael's early career included a position as Solutions Architect at SecureWorks and various roles in the U.S. Army, culminating as Brigade Automations Officer. Michael earned a Master's of Science in Information Security from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Information Science/Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
