Steve Fritts

Steve Fritts is currently a Senior Manager of Service Delivery at RapidScale, a position held since August 2020. Prior experience includes roles at TierPoint, where Steve served as Manager of Data Center Operations from December 2015 to August 2020, and at Windstream Hosted Solutions, where various positions included Staff Manager and Manager of Data Center Operations between July 2013 and August 2015. Prior to that, Steve worked at Hosted Solutions in multiple capacities, culminating in the role of Lead Operations Technician from May 2009 to February 2011, and began the career as an Operations Technician II. The foundational experience in technology includes a position as a Technology Specialist at Hewitt Associates. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Kennesaw State University attended between 2002 and 2003 and previously studied at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1998 to 2001.
