Terri Straabe

Terri Straabe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles within the technology and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Director at RapidScale since January 2021, Straabe oversees initiatives to enhance enterprise technology solutions. Prior to this, Straabe held the position of Senior Manager of Salesforce Integration and Change Leader at Cox Business, leading strategy for process improvement and change management from December 2010 to January 2021. As Manager of Commercial Sales, Straabe contributed to a top-performing sales team recognized in the 2019 Winner Circle. Additionally, Straabe excelled as Inside Sales Leader at Cox Communications, earning accolades as the 2010 Sales Leader of the Year. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.
