Tyler Albea

Tyler Albea is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud support and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Cloud Support Engineer at RapidScale since August 2020, Tyler specializes in Citrix products, Microsoft Azure, and various server and network management tools. Prior to this role, Tyler operated as an Information Technology Consultant, providing freelance IT support and design services, and held positions such as Campus Technology Supervisor at Dream Center Education Holdings and Desktop Manager at Freight Handlers, Inc. With a strong technical background, Tyler has managed diverse IT environments, resolved complex issues, and implemented significant projects to enhance system performance. Tyler holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
