Ashlyn Moran

Ashlyn Moran has a diverse work experience in different fields. Ashlyn started their career as a Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Intern, where they gained knowledge about various investment products and services. Later, they worked as a City of Stamford Connecticut Public Safety Intern, taking on responsibilities such as updating the Local Emergency Operation Plan and working closely with the government and emergency services workforce. Ashlyn then became an Instructional Assistant at Penn State University, assisting with a deception simulation course. Currently, Ashlyn is a Strategy and Operations Associate at RapidSOS, where they handle confidential data, coordinates initiatives, and analyzes information for the Public Safety team. Ashlyn also previously worked as a Public Safety Strategy and Operations Analyst and completed an internship at RapidSOS. Ashlyn's work experience showcases their versatility and ability to adapt to various roles and industries.

Ashlyn Moran completed their Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in International Politics with a concentration in National Security from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State, from 2016 to 2020. Ashlyn then pursued further education and obtained a Master of International Affairs degree in International Affairs with a National Security concentration from the Penn State School of International Affairs, from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ashlyn Moran has obtained several certifications. In July 2018, they completed the ICS-100 Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-200 ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incident, IS-700 Introduction to National Incident Management Systems, and IS-800 National Response Framework certifications from FEMA.
