Chris Guerrero is a seasoned public safety professional with over 17 years of experience in the 9-1-1 industry. Currently serving as a Senior ECC Engagement Manager at RapidSOS, they focus on empowering dispatch centers through technology, training, and advocacy. In addition to this role, Chris continues to work part-time in a PSAP to maintain a connection with dispatchers on the front lines. They also hold the position of Commercial Vice President at CALNENA and have previously led the Tower District Rotary Club of Fresno, where they served as Charter President.
