Emily Ingram has more than 14 years of work experience in various roles related to product management and web production. Emily started their career as a Copy Editing and Design Intern at the Lincoln Journal Star in 2007. Emily then worked as a Copy Editing Intern at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, followed by roles as a Web Copy Chief and Web Director at the Daily Nebraskan.

In 2009, Emily joined the Atlanta Journal Constitution as a Copy Editing/Layout Intern and then became the ABC News On Campus Bureau Chief at ABC News. Emily also participated in the College Fellowship program at The Poynter Institute.

Emily's career in product management began in 2010 when they joined The Washington Post as an Overnight Producer. Currently, Emily is working as the Director of Product at RapidSOS, a role they started in 2021.
