James C. is an experienced DevOps Engineer currently working at RapidSOS since November 2021. Prior to this, James spent a decade at Rackspace Technology, where contributions included being a founding member of the Fanatical Support for AWS team and enhancing customer engagements through full automation setups using tools such as CHEF, Salt Stack, Ansible, as well as transitioning legacy scripts to modern technologies. Earlier roles at Rackspace involved deploying new DevOps offerings and providing elevated support to technical customers. Additionally, James served as an Easy Tech Expert at Staples, overseeing the technology department and managing the tech bench.
