Jeremy Murphy

Jeremy Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jeremy started their career in the US Navy as a Logistic Specialist, where they managed supply databases, handled classified materials, and provided supply readiness reports and briefings to Naval officers. After leaving the Navy, Jeremy joined ShotSpotter, Inc. as a Service Operations Specialist, assisting and training customers on ShotSpotter Software and providing first-level support. Jeremy then moved up to become a Technical Support Engineer, resolving escalated customer tickets and acting as the primary point of contact for 30 police departments. Currently, Jeremy is working at RapidSOS as a Support Engineer and has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Support Engineer.

Jeremy Murphy attended California State University - East Bay from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. During the same period, they also obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In January 2020, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
