Keith Viveiros

Keith Viveiros is a seasoned professional in public safety management with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Senior Public Safety Manager and 9-1-1 Liaison at RapidSOS since September 2016, Viveiros manages relationships with Public Safety Answering Points across the western United States. Previously, Viveiros held various roles including Executive Board Member at CALNENA and Senior Technical Dispatcher at the City of Sunnyvale, focusing on technical systems in emergency communications. Additional experience includes acting as Communications Manager and Senior Public Safety Dispatcher, along with a tenure at Stanford University as a Police Detective, where complex investigations and dignitary protection were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Deputy Sheriff with responsibilities in patrol and instruction, as well as Dispatcher for the City of Los Altos. Viveiros has educational credentials from De Anza College.
